NOTICE OF BAGGAGE LIABILITY LIMITATION
Liability for loss, delay or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. For most international travel (including domestic portions journeys) the liability limit is approximately US$ 2.00 per Kilo for checked baggage.
ON ARRIVAL
Passengers must pick up baggage personally before leaving the arrival hall and if there is any discrepancy, the same must be reported to the carrier’s representative and obtain P.I.R.
Felix Airways will not accept any claims for the following articles when carried as checked Baggage: perishable items, foodstuff (like oils, honey), fragile, cash , jewelry , or other valuable items, travelers cheques, credit cards, documents, computers, laptops and its accessories, mobiles, normal-,digital and video cameras, etc.

Felix Airways offers one class of service – economy only. There is no business or first class service. The economy class has 5 different booking codes used for domestic and regional flights. They are Y, B, H, M, N
Felix Airways is strictly a 'point to point' airline and does not take any obligation or responsibility for transfer of passengers or their baggage to other flights, whether operated by Felix Airways or another carrier and does not assume any responsibility to ensure the connections for onward flights on Felix Airways services OR any other airline and is therefore not liable for any losses or expenses arising out of any failure to board a planned connection.
On cancellation of its flight due to unforeseen circumstances, Felix Airways will not provide for accommodation, refreshments nor will it provide or arrange for alternate mode of travel. But it will transfer the passengers on its available flights.

Child Fare
- Child and Adult pay the same fare.
Infant fare
Felix Airways offers non seated infant fares for domestic regional sectors and booking class. It is USD 8 per leg for domestic exempt from Airport tax. It is 54$ for regional sectors plus 6$ Airport Tax. An adult can carry only 1 infant.
If the infant reaches the age of 2 years prior to the return journey, it will need a seat and will pay an adult fare.
- One piece of Cabin Baggage weighting a maximum of 7 kg per passenger is allowed, not exceeding 20x13x9 inches in dimension.
- Due to space limitation, 2 piece of checked in baggage not exceeding 30kg per passenger is allowed.
- An infant not occupying a seat is not allowed free baggage
- The excess baggage charge is USD2 per kg to all domestic destinations and USD 4 per Kg to all regional destinations in all booking classes.
Check-in counters open 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers need to check-in three hours prior to the scheduled departure.
Check-in counters close strictly 1Hr prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers who do not report in time for check-in will be treated as [No Shows].
Felix Airways has a policy of FREE SEATING. All boarding passes will be issued with free seat numbers.
Felix Airways does not have any through check in passengers disembarking from one Felix Airways flight and boarding another Felix Airways flight from the same airport must collect their checked in baggage and report to the check-in counter at least 1Hr before departure of their onward flight. Passengers must ensure that there is enough time gap (a minimum of 2 hours) between two flights while making their reservation.
Felix Airways schedules are subject to change without notice. Felix Airways will notify all passengers of any scheduled change via email sent to the email address they provide at the time of booking. Please ensure that your email address is entered while booking tickets.
There will be no phone calls made to inform passengers.
For safety reasons, dangerous articles, such as those listed below, must not be carried in your baggage.
- Compressed gasses: deeply refrigerated, flammable non-flammable and poisonous) such as butane oxygen, liquid nitrogen, aqualung cylinders and compressed gas cylinders.
- Corrosives such as acids, alkalis, mercury and wet cell batteries and apparatus containing mercury.
- Explosives, munitions, fireworks and flares, ammunition including blank cartridges handguns, fire works, pistol caps.
- Flammable liquids and solids such as lighter refills, lighter fuel, matches, paints, thinners, fire-lighters, lighters that need inverting before ignition, matches (these may be carried on the person), radio active material, Briefcases and attaché case with installed alarm devices.
- Oxidizing materials such as bleaching powder and peroxides.
- Poisons and infectious substances such as insecticides, weed-killers and live virus materials.
- Other dangerous articles such as magnetized materials, offensive or irritating materials.
- Carriage of dry cell batteries, knives, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, firearms, ammunitions, and toy replicas are prohibited in the Guest cabin.
