Shareholding

Felix Airways Shareholding structure is as follows:

  • The Islamic Corporation for the development of the Private Sector (ICD) the investment and development wing Islamic Development bank (IDB) Group of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holds: 45 % of Shares
  • Yemenia – Yemen Airways the national Airline of the Republic of Yemen holds : 25 % of Shares
  • Al Tayyar Travel Group (ATG) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holds: 20 % of Shares
  • NTTB a subsidiary of Al Tayyar Travel Group of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holds: 10 % of Shares

Management:

The management team is headed by the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Abdullah M. Shaaban Bin Silm, who is Aircraft Engineer by profession and a veteran of Aviation Industry having served in senior management positions for many airlines in MENA regions. The key post holders and industry veterans having sound qualification, experience and excellent credentials.
