As we have a 100% web enabled reservation system, a transaction shall be deemed complete only when a reservation number is generated. The reservation number will be made upon payment. To purchase a seat online a credit card is required. When you provide an email address, you will receive an email confirmation with itinerary. On the other hand, you can print it when you make the payment.

AFelix offers one class of service - economy only. There is no business or first class service. The economy class has six different booking codes; the earlier you buy the cheaper is the fare.

Felix is strictly a 'point to point' airline and does not take any obligation or responsibility for transfer of passengers or their baggage to other flights, whether operated by Felix or another carrier and does not assume any responsibility to ensure the connections for onward flights on Felix services OR any other airline and is therefore not liable for any losses or expenses arising out of any failure to board a planned connection. On cancellation of its flight due to unforeseen circumstances, Felix will not provide for accommodation, refreshments nor will it provide or arrange for alternate mode of travel. However, it will transfer the passengers on its available flights.

All boarding passes will be issued with pre-assigned seat numbers. Felix does not have any through check in. Passengers disembarking from one Felix Airways flight and boarding another Felix flight from the same airport must collect their checked in baggage and report to the check-in counter at least 45 minutes before departure of their onward flight. Passengers must ensure that there is enough time gap (a minimum of 2 hours) between two flights while making their reservation.

Felix Airways schedules are subject to change without notice. Felix will notify all passengers of any scheduled change via email or SMS sent to the mobile numbers they provide at the time of booking. Please ensure that your mobile number is entered while booking tickets. There will be no phone calls made to inform passengers..

Check-in counters open 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers need to check-in two hours prior to the scheduled departure. Check-in counters close strictly 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers who do not report in time for check-in will be treated as "No Shows".

All flights operated by Felix are non-smoking flights. The Government of Yemen prohibits smoking on all flights. Smoking inside toilets is also prohibited and as a precautionary measure, toilets are fitted with sensors for smoke detection.

For safety reasons, passengers advised to switch of their mobile phones during the entire duration of the flight including take-off and landing procedures since they may interfere with the frequencies of on-board navigational equipment.

Felix offers one net fare for an infant all domestic sectors and booking class. It is USD 7 per sector. The infant service charge is USD 1.00 per sector. Infant is exempt from airport tax. An adult can carry only one infant. If the infant reaches the age of 2 years prior to the return journey, it will need a seat and will pay an adult fare.

If you are travelling in economy class, you can carry one item of hand baggage on board with you free, as well as one small laptop bag or handbag. Your hand baggage can weigh up to 7 kg. Each item of hand baggage has to be smaller than 56cm x 45 cm x 25 cm so you can store it in the overhead locker or under your seat. If your hand baggage is too big or too heavy to carry on board, you can check it in at the Felix Airways check-in desk.

• One piece of Cabin Baggage weighing a maximum of 5 kg. per passenger is allowed, not exceeding 20 x 13 x 9 inches in dimension.
• Due to space limitation, 1 piece of checked in baggage not exceeding 10kg. per passenger is allowed.
  
• An infant not occupying a seat not allowed free baggage.
• The excess baggage charge is USD2 per kg to all domestic destinations and in all booking classes.

Whether you are travelling with just cabin baggage or hold baggage too, please read the below for more information on your baggage allowances and restrictions. Baggage Allowance refers to the baggage you are permitted to travel with free of charge.

On arrival at your destination, your Hold Baggage will be sent from the aircraft to the baggage hall. In our larger airports there will be several carousels so please check the information boards to find out which carousel your baggage will be delivered to. You must collect your Hold Baggage as soon as we have made it available to you at your destination airport. If you do not collect it within a reasonable time, we may charge you a storage fee. If you do not claim your Hold Baggage within three (3) months from the date we make it available, we may dispose of it without any or the least liability on us.

If you cannot find your Hold Baggage at your arrival airport please speak to our representative in the Baggage Hall, usually this will be at the Baggage Desk but any member of the airport staff will be able to assist you. If your Hold Baggage cannot be found you must complete a PIR form, this is a standard form used by all airlines to register Lost Baggage. The PIR form must be completed in the Baggage Hall and signed by our representative. If you leave the Baggage Hall without completing a PIR form we will be unable to process any request for compensation.

To keep you and your fellow passengers' safe, there are some items that you cannot take with you on Felix Airways flights. Things you cannot bring on a Felix Airways flight Things you should not bring on a Felix airways flight: Things you should not pack in your hand baggage: Real, replica or toy weapons Sharp objects like knives, razor blades and scissors Hypodermic needles (unless you have a medical certificate explaining why you need them) Sporting bats and clubs Things you should not pack in your checked baggage: Fragile or perishable items Valuable items like money and jewelers Computers and other electronic devices, which might contain personal data any medication that you might need during your flight or trip Important documents like passports and visas Compressed gasses: deeply refrigerated, flammable non-flammable and poisonous) such as butane oxygen, liquid nitrogen, aqualung cylinders and compressed gas cylinders. Corrosives such as acids, alkalis, mercury and wet cell batteries and apparatus containing mercury. Explosives, munitions, fireworks and flares, ammunition including blank cartridges handguns, fireworks, pistol caps. Flammable liquids and solids such as lighter refills, lighter fuel, matches, paints, thinners, fire-lighters, lighters that need inverting before ignition, matches (these may be carried on the person), radioactive material, Briefcases and attach case with installed alarm devices. Oxidizing materials such as bleaching powder and peroxides. Poisons and infectious substances such as insecticides, weed-killers and live virus materials. Other dangerous articles such as magnetized materials, offensive or irritating materials. Carriage of dry cell batteries, knives, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, firearms, ammunitions, and toy replicas are prohibited in the Guest cabin.
